Snow!?!

Yep, I called him out of his sleepy West-coast slumber - Old Man Winter read my warm, spring thoughts about daffodils and cherry blossoms and decided that was enough of that.

And so, yes, it snowed here in Victoria today. Not enough to stay but enough to really make you wonder what month it is or which part of the country you live in. Enough of my whining, I know. But, seriously. There are ornamental cherry trees in near full bloom here right now and it snowed? So strange Mother Nature is ... hey wait, What does Old Man Winter have to do with Mother Nature ... anyone ever thought about that? Also weird.

Well, as you can see by the counter, we are 16 days and counting now. Excitement is building!

Other fun news, we have received $225 in donations (2 of which were each $100 donations!) as pledges for the MS Walk, very exciting! I can't wait to meet the $1,000 goal and now we have almost raised 30% of it! Thank you!

Well it is off to bed after a night of running in chilly weather and eating Fudge-o's among good friends, bonding together over the season premiere of America's Next Top Model (did I just type that out loud!?!?) - yes, TV is officially e-villlll.
